A place to connect, grow and serve

What to expect

Our Sunday Morning Service begins at 11am. Our welcome team are always on hand to show you around or answer any questions that you may have.

We understand that visiting a new church for the first time can leave you feeling a little apprehensive.

God has blessed Riverlife Church with talented musicians who love Jesus and serve His church through contemporary music and fresh takes on old hymns. But more than just entertainment, our music is part of the way in which we prepare our hearts and minds to hear the word and to respond to that word. Also, as part of our worship, we take communion together and give offerings to support God’s work at Riverlife Church. After communion our Pastor provides teaching from the Bible. All in all, the atmosphere is casual, reflective, and open to all.

We run Kids Crew from 11-12.30 with the children joining in for part of the main service.

Our mission

Our mission is simple yet extraordinary – to convey the Gospel in a relevant way for today's generation.

Our purpose

Riverlife Church exists to bring glory to God by reaching people for Christ and nurturing them in the faith through inspired teaching, community action and passionate ministry that transforms lives in our community and throughout the world.

Our connections

Riverlife is a Pentecostal Church with many connections across different streams.

We belong to Assemblies of God (AOG) fellowship of churches. For more information please visit www.aog.org.uk

We are also part of the New Wine network -

“New Wine’s primary focus is on enabling church leaders to communicate effectively the good news of God’s promises in this generation. Being a Christian isn’t a life to be lived alone, but within effective relationships and family. The New Wine network is designed to nurture these relationships, connecting church leaders to equip, inspire and encourage each other to serve their churches and communities.” https://www.new-wine.org/about
